Accounts are also automatically generated when a purchase is made.

We cannot transfer your old China Books Education account details from our previous webinar site to your Chinese Medicine Education account. Please create a new account on Chinese Medicine Education and we will add your old webinars to your account manually.

Please be aware that the current China Books Education website through Net of Knowledge is not related in any way to our previous website and this is separate to Chinese Medicine Education entirely. 

Click on the “Log In” link in the menu bar

Enter your email and password that you used when registering (if you’ve forgotten your password, use the “forgot your password?” link).

Once logged in click on ‘My Courses’ and you will find all your webinars there.

Your course notes are available to download immediately via a link on the Course content page. 

This link is always located right above the videos. 

Just click on the light blue text link and the notes will automatically open in a new window tab. You will also be able to save these notes.

After you have finished watching the webinar videos, please click the MARK COMPLETE button at the bottom of the page.

After you have MARKED COMPLETE, you will automatically be taken to the next page which is the QUIZ page. 

Click on the link inside the Quizzes box. Go ahead and complete the multiple choice quiz. Quizzes are a selection of multiple choice questions with some true and false questions. You will need to get 75% of the quiz correct to pass and to generate your CPD certificate.

Should you need to resit the quiz, you will need to re-input your answers, even if they were correct. You can check whether individual answers were correct or incorrect after every attempt by clicking the Finish Quiz button and View Questions.

Once successfully completed, you will have immediate access to download and save your CPD certificate.

This is generated after you have successfully finished your quiz. Mark the quiz as complete via the Finish Quiz button at the bottom of the page.

After this you should see a new page with a blue PRINT YOUR CERTIFICATE button.

Your CPD certificate will include:

1. The Course Name
2. The Presenter’s Name
3. Participant’s (Your) Name
4. The amount of CPD points completed (e.g. 4 CPD Points, (4 hours))
5. The Assessor’s/Education Provider’s Sign off
6. Date of completion

You can save a copy of your certificate as a PDF that can be downloaded any time from your account.

If you’ve missed the MARK COMPLETE button at the bottom of any lesson page of your online course, your certificate will not be saved and made available from your account page.

To fix this, you’ll have to mark each lesson as complete and then redo the quiz.

You’ll have immediate access to download and save your certificate after completion, as well as a saved copy that can be downloaded any time from your account. Please see the above FAQ Module How do I get my CPD certificate if you are having issues. A step-by-step picture guide is available to download from that module if there is any further confusion. 

To change your name, first Log In to your account. 

Go to ‘My Account’ in the menu bar.

Only change your FIRST and LAST name and not your username.

Once your name change has been saved, your CPD certificate will automatically update to your nominated name. You can then just download the CPD certificate again as per the instructions in the FAQ Module How do i get my CPD
