Description
Webinar Description
The relationship between our face expressions, muscles, meridians, and inner environment is referred to as the anatomy of expression. Our faces are unique in their ability to radiate shen, reveal our emotions, desires, and intentions, and provide a window into our overall health. As acupuncturists, we have the expertise to use the face as a diagnostic and treatment tool for underlying issues that may eventually lead to disease. This course will teach students how to treat facial expression lines with specialized treatment protocols based on the usage of facial motor points.
Webinar Overview
- Familiarize students with a deeper level of knowledge of facial anatomy, and how different muscle groups work together to express different emotions
- Introduce students to the connections between our emotions, and our facial expressions (muscles) and our organs

- Provide treatment strategies
Upon completion of this webinar, practitioners will:

- Learn how facial expressions relate to certain facial muscles
- Acquire a knowledge of how the emotions evolve on the face
