TCM Action
A versatile external medication, Tiger Balm provides effective relief for most symptoms of bodily aches and pains including headaches, rheumatism, arthritic pains, and muscle strains and sprains.

Indications
For the symptomatic relief of muscular aches and pains, sprains, insect bites, itching and headache. Chronic coughs (massage throat, front and back of chest), giddiness, common cold, muscle sprains, minor bleeding, catarrh, sea sickness, mosquito bites, itching and burns, rub oil on affected parts as frequently as possible to produce good results.

Application
Tiger Balm is quickly absorbed by the skin, providing fast and effective relief from muscular aches and pains. It is non-irritating and provides long lasting warmth to affected areas where applied.

Dosage
Apply Extra-Red Strength Tiger Balm to the affected area. The warmth of its ingredients helps to relieve muscle soreness and stiffness. Apply Extra-Strength Red Tiger Balm to overworked muscles to help reduce soreness. Tiger Balm provides temporary relief of aches and pains due to overexertion, simple backaches, arthritis and joint pains. Rub well on affected area. Repeat 3-4 times daily. For children under 2, consult a physician.

Contraindications
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If condition worsens or persists for more than seven days, discontinue use and consult a physician. May cause an allergic reaction in some individuals with sensitive skin; test on small area before use. If severe irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not bandage tightly. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product. Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, do not induce vomiting. Give a glass of water-avoid giving milk or oils; contact the Poison information Centre (131 126) or a physician immediately.
