Calm Me Down Formula (Shu Gan Bao Tong Chong Ji) – Bupleurum & Juncus formula

Description

This formula is for children who are irritable, anxious and restless. It calms and soothes and helps promote sleep.

Directions for use: Dissolve the granules in a small cup of boiling water and let it cool down (1 gram metric spoon enclosed in package). Can be added to child’s preferred drink or sprinkled over cereal
