About Master Shanhong Du

Master Shanhong Du is the Senior Daoist Priest at Qingxu Daoist Temple in Beijing.

His lineage is Zhengyi Dao (ę£äø€é“ļ¼‰and the theory has been passed down for over 8000 years, however has only remained with a handful of disciples through the changes of the Cultural Revolution. Since, there has been a resurgence and Master Du holds a senior position within the Temple.

Daoist priests are specifically trained in Daoist Metaphysics and Spirituality, and Priests such as Master Du have the ability and deep knowledge to read personal and family link/hereditary birth charts, assess the great movements, luck, health and opportunities along with constitutional analysis.

They differ from self- taught Ba Zi Practitioners as there is a lineage in place and many of the theories, spiritual rituals and practices that was once key in Daoist practice is missing from self- taught Practitioners. Additionally, many of the classical Chinese Medicine Practitioners were also adept at Daoist Spiritualism. For many, this could be seen as the missing link.
