Returns Policy
Our policy expires within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange under any circumstances. Please be advised to notify us immediately once products have been received and they are damaged or missing parts as a result of manufacturing or our error, to ensure you receive your refund or exchange within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, hygiene-related or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

* Some health and personal care items including opened acupuncture needles, gua sha tools, cupping tools, moxa or herbal products,
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as pre-approval, entailed below.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or directly to us without approval.
Refunds (if applicable)
Should you wish to return any goods, please contact us on (02) 9280 1885 or via email on info@chinesemedicineeducation.com, for returns approval.
Once approved, instructions will be sent . If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by method of payment or to your China Books Sydney Account (based on your preference).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Please note that refunds may take a few business days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. This does not include regular wholesale or practitioner rates and only includes specific sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your product, you should first confirm via email with info@chinesemedicineeducation.com then send the product back to: Shop F7/683-689 George Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item initially. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed with your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
