Introduction to the compensation patterns in the three planes (Knee Pain)

Postural stabilization is done at the subconscious level.
Compensation is a movement adaptation that is learned at a subconscious level
Rehabilitation uses conscious cues to repattern a movement and restore normal stabilization (glute bridge, wobble board, single leg exercises)
