The Modern Practitioner’s Guide to Fertility Treatments Seminar Recording
Event recorded on 6th November 2022
Course Description
Fertility patients are no longer satisfied with just using acupuncture as an adjunctive treatment to their IVF cycles. They are seeking practitioners who will dedicate time to explaining their health in detail, and find the missing pieces that other specialists have missed, in order to help them grow their family.
This course will teach you how to interpret medical tests and scans, understand the diagnosis and treatment of complex fertility disorders, and prescribe supportive treatments to help your patients get pregnant, faster. You will leave feeling confident in treating any fertility patient that seeks your help, including male patients, while also being able to support them during pregnancy and beyond.
Review your understanding of the most common fertility presentations you will likely see in clinic, such as endometriosis, PCOS/PCO, fibroids, advanced maternal age, low ovarian reserve, high NK cells, recurrent miscarriage, thyroid dysfunction, vaginal microbiome dysbiosis, thin uterine lining, sperm abnormalities, and varicocele.
A portion of the course will have case studies to solidify your learning.
