This course was very well presented and although I have done Ba Dua Jin elsewhere this course elaborated and gave some very good refinement . Peter has a lot of knowledge. This course was well worth doing for those who are into Qigong .
As you did, I really liked Peter Chen’s style & enthusiasm. Hi love for this practice really came through and inspired me to start a practice of Ba Duan Jin. His pointing out some sticky points and recounting of anecdotes was very valuable. Thank you for making this available. By the way, I’d love to see Peter turn his abdominal acupuncture workshop into this format.
Thank you Andreas! We’ll see what we can do!
Thank you for your feedback!
Peter is a delightful teacher, I thoroughly enjoyed learning with him! I have been wanting to learn Qigong for a while and this was the perfect introduction, particularly as it was designed for practitioners. Peter passed a lot of helpful information to understand the effect of each movement in the series, in terms of Chinese medicine theory. I now have another tool in the box – both as a practice for my own health and to include in patient’s lifestyle recommendations.
I completed diploma course of qigong-tuina 18 years ago. This course helps me to re-evaluate pevious learning. Peter is a excellant teacher to help people understand qigong. I recommend every practitioners learn qigong for preventing burn-out of ourselves.
Excellent course, very clear explanations. The lecturer explains the important key points to achieve a better qigong practice. His way to explain each exercise give you a tool to practice yourself and share them with your patients as a part of the treatment. I enjoyed it even though I took the course online.
