Job Title: Casual Receptionist at Village Remedies Acupuncture clinics

We are a group of clinics that practise in Balmain, Sydney CBD, Hobart and have a community acupuncture clinic in North Bondi. We are seeking a Tcm student to join our team as a receptionist at our well-established acupuncture clinics in Balmain, Sydney CBD and possibly North Bondi. It is our intention to mentor and train the student to become a full time practitioner at our clinics once thier studies are over. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, primarily focusing on front desk duties, payments, bookings, ordering stock, assisting with marketing efforts and treatments. Plus training in chinese medicine and assisting in treatments

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Maintain a welcoming and organised reception area.
Appointment Scheduling and Payments:
- Schedule appointments efficiently using our booking system.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries with accuracy.
- Assist in ensuring a smooth flow of appointments.
Stock Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels.
- Place orders for acupuncture supplies and clinic necessities.
- Organise and track stock deliveries.
Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote clinic services.
- Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials.
- Maintain and update social media platforms.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
Proficient in basic computer skills and experience with scheduling software.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in holistic health and wellness.
Studying TCM/ in the TCM feild would be preferred.

Working Hours:

This is a casual position, and working hours will vary based on clinic needs. Flexibility in availability, including evenings and weekends, is essential. Shift will be between our Balmain and Sydney CBD clinics
