Herbal ingredients
Manufacture of ChinaMed® begins with selecting only top quality ‘A’ grade herbs, from the prime growing regions within China. These are sourced immediately prior to production for each new batch of herbal formula. The individual herbal ingredients are identified according to the guidelines in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and each herb is assessed by physical properties, microscopic features, chemical tests and chromatographic markers, as required.
Manufacturing standards
The ChinaMed® range is manufactured under Australian Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, which are regulated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), part of the federal Department of Health. In addition, the manufacturer is also certified by the Chinese state GMP, and must also conform to these standards.

> slow healing skin lesions
> chronic eczema or chronic dermatitis
Signs & Symptoms
(Key clinical features in bold)
> Sallow or pale and lustreless complexion
> Pale finger nail beds, pale lips
> Dizziness
> Oligomenorrhoea, delayed menstrual cycle or amenorrhoea
> Dry skin that may also be itchy
> Palpitations
> Emaciation
> Poor memory
> Paraesthesia or numbness of the extremities
> Blurred vision
> Insomnia
> Pelvic pain (dull in nature) that is alleviated by pressure
> Tongue is pale and slightly dry
> Pulse is thready and weak and may also be wiry
Cautions & Contraindications
> Caution for those on anti-coagulant medications (i.e. Heparin, warfarin or aspirin).
> Caution during the first trimester of pregnancy.
> If taking antibiotics, allow at least 90 minutes before taking this formula.
