SUMMARY:Treating Implantation Failure with the Wisdom of the Wen Bing
DESCRIPTION:Register Now\nWhat is Immune Infertility?\nThis is an extremely controversial topic in IVF clinics\, with many IVF doctors having differing views on the concept of autoimmunity causing infertility. Unfortunately\, this medial distrust in autoimmunity being the reason for many women’s infertility has led to many women undergoing sometimes up to 20 failed IVF treatments that could have otherwise been prevented. \nAccording to Dr. Alan E. Beer\, who established the Chicago Medical School’s Reproductive Immunological Clinic in 1987\, “as much as 40% of unexplained infertility may be the result of immune problems\, as are as many as 80% of unexplained pregnancy losses.” \nWhat will be discussed?\nSally will be discussing the role of natural killer cells: how they activate the immune system\, thus damaging the placenta and causing miscarriage\, and damaging the embryo and causing implantation failure. She will also go through a detailed analysis of pathology results\, how they can be interpreted\, and how this relates to TCM diagnosis and treatment. \nAfter years of consulting numerous women with autoimmune and killer cell dysfunction\, Sally noticed similarities in their symptomatology from a TCM perspective. She also found many similarities with Wen Bing theory\, and so began devising treatment strategies based on the Wen Being theory of venting latent pathogens to lower inflammation. \nSally has had numerous clients with killer cell dysfunction undergo a 3-month course of treatment with Chinese herbal medicine and mushroom therapy continue on to display normal pathology and easily conceive and experience a successful\, drug-free pregnancy. \nShe will present many of her clients’ cases including their pathology tests and TCM treatment plans. \nDetails & Tickets\n\nDate: September 9th\, 9:30am – 5:30pm\nIncludes morning & afternoon tea\nIncludes printed notes in colour\n6 CPD points\nStudent: $195*\nPractitioner (association member): $275*\nPractitioner (no association memberships): $325*\n\n*Cancellations: Registrations cancelled up to 1-week prior to seminar will be refunded less 20%. We regret that refunds are not otherwise possible. \nAbout Sally\nSally has held a long time interest in Wen Bing theory\, infertility and more recently autoimmune disease. This interest has culminated in the last few years into a practice largely focused on failed implantation and miscarriage due to compromised immunity. Read her full bio here. \n \nRegister Now
